Hampshire league table

Hampshire's land promoters, ranked on the record.

We're building a table of every land promoter active in Hampshire, ranked on planning results, appeals and financial strength. Publishing early 2027. Get it first.

Get the table when it's published.

One email when it goes live. Nothing else.

What the table will show.

Six measures for each promoter, all from public records. Where a promoter has too few sites to measure fairly, we say "Not enough data yet" rather than guess.

Sites promoted

How many sites in Hampshire the promoter has taken through planning.

Approval rate

The share of its decided applications that ended with planning permission, from the council or on appeal.

Appeal win rate

The share of its appeals the Planning Inspectorate allowed.

Median months to consent

The typical time from first application to permission.

Allocation strike rate

The share of sites it put forward to a council's call for sites that were then allocated for housing in a Local Plan.

Financial strength

A band based on its accounts, charges and ownership at Companies House.
